This started as the system for one Philadelphia laundromat: the counter, the wash & fold shelf, the pickup route, the machines. Every feature was built because the store needed it that week.

Questions
Can other laundromats see my customers or sales?
No. Every laundromat has its own separate login system and data. Staff from one business can never reach another's customers, orders or money.
Do I need new machines?
No. Everything except machine control works with the machines you have. For remote starts and coin counts, a small board connects to your machines' coin signal — no rewiring of power.
Where does card money go?
To your own Stripe account and bank. We never hold your money.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Customers can book in English or Spanish, and confirmation texts go out in the language they booked in.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Each person gets their own username and role — attendant, manager or owner — and you can turn a login off anytime.
